Draft Private Beta Terms

A concise, non-effective summary of the proposed business terms for five selected beta accounts.

NON-EFFECTIVE DRAFT — FOR COUNSEL REVIEW ONLY. Oddseal does not yet have a contracting legal entity. This text creates no contract, representation, warranty, or legal commitment. Entity, address, governing law, dispute forum, transfer terms, and final approval remain open.

01

Status and scope

The proposed service is a global business-to-business, invitation-only private beta under the Oddseal brand. Five ordinary accounts are provisioned offline. There is no public signup, payment, team workspace, service-level agreement, or general availability commitment.

02

Customer authority

A participating business must authorize its user and must have the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful basis needed to upload, redact, and share each document. Do not submit data that Oddseal has not agreed in writing to handle, including regulated data that would require a sector-specific agreement.

03

How the beta works

Oddseal provides automated detection suggestions, a required human review step, fresh-page redaction, fail-closed verification, and controlled sharing. Suggestions may miss sensitive material and do not decide what must be redacted. The customer remains responsible for review, selection, and lawful sharing.

The beta is best effort and may reject unsupported or unsafe PDFs, pause processing, change, or end. It provides no legal, compliance, or professional advice.

04

Customer data

The customer keeps its rights in uploaded content and would grant only the limited rights needed to operate and secure the service. Oddseal does not use uploaded documents to train models. External AI is disabled for this private beta.

Originals normally purge 1–168 hours after verification, with a 72-hour default. Verified artifacts normally remain until deletion. Oddseal is not an archival backup.

05

Beta risk and open clauses

The final agreement needs counsel-approved warranty exclusions, liability allocation, confidentiality, indemnities, governing law, dispute terms, and termination effects. Until those choices are made and a contracting entity adopts the text, this page is informational only.
