When is a redacted contract copy useful?
Show the terms a buyer needs to assess. Review carrier identities, supplier details, and unrelated buy rates before sharing a separate copy.
Agree which details the reviewer needs to substantiate the request. Redact only fields they accept excluding from a sample; complete records may still be required.
Share an example agreement you are authorized to disclose. Review names, locations, references, and distinctive terms that could identify the original client.
Confirm whether a redacted example meets the request. Keep the operational terms and evidence the partner is entitled to see.
Select the fields that identify the deal

- ✓Bank details, including IBAN, SWIFT, and remittance lines

A drawn black rectangle can leave live text underneath it. A copy and paste or "remove markup" action may reveal that text. Use a real redaction tool. Oddseal renders each page to a fresh image with the selected details burned out, so no text is left underneath to copy or search.
Removing names alone does not hide a deal. Routes, dates, and distinctive clauses can still identify it.
